ACHAIR and ATABLE is a very graphic set for children. The inclined angles provide the table and the chair stability. ATABLE is designed for two children sitting across from each other. The table has six drawers, providing space for paper, pencils etc.

ACHAIR also has a drawer below the seat. This drawer is equipped with magnets, so it does not open when you move the chair around. Furthermore, ACHAIR can be stacked into a small chest of drawers.

ACHAIR and ATABLE are made of lacquered plywood from certified forests and is available in a black, red and orange color combination.

ACHAIR and ATABLE were nominated for the FORMLAND design price.

A CHAIR and A TABLE is designed by Frederic Collette and was nominated as a setfor the Formland design price in 2006.

Size & dimensions

A CHAIR 41×41 cm, height 58 cm, seat height 35 cm, seat surface 30×30 cm
A TABLE 85×85 cm, height 60 cm, top surface: 67×65 cm

Material & colour

Plywood from certified forrestry – Black, red and orange lacquer

Test & quality

A-Chair & A-Table are tested for strength, durability and stability according to EN1728:2000 and EN1730:2001, respectively. The plywood and lacquer are tested according to the most strict chemical requirements in EN71-3 ‘Safety of toys – Part 3: Migration of certain elements’ for children under 3 years of age.
